ACCESS COMBO

pls help me

i create table 1 name

address in TABLE.
tabe 2 item no
item name in TABLE.
table 3 name
address
item no
item name

i create table 4 (from table 1 & table 2)
name
address
item no (combo box - dropdown)
item name (link with item no -
[itemno.column(1))
in FORM

i use table 4 to do data entry, whichever i key in, all updated to table 3
