Carole, there was a weird problem with the original release of Access 2002
that caused it to use weird fonts in some circumstances.
A dim recollection suggests that this occurred on machines that had many
hundreds of fonts, and that it was fixed in the service packs. You might try
going to:
http://support.microsoft.com/gp/sp
to see if you need a service pack, or else reduce the fonts down to just 100
odd.
