You can download one of a number of freeware or shareware PDF makers (cute
PDF; pdf995); once installed, they appear as a printer selection, so you are
in effect "printing" to a PDF. Transferring from Publisher to Word involves a
lot of cutting and pasting, so unless you need to end up with a Word doc, you

are better off using the PDF route.
