I have just delivered my latest system to the customer, and to my horror I
find that, when installed at the customer's site, nothing prints! There are
no error messages, the system simply carries on as though, as far as Access
is concerned, the printing has completed successfully.
This applies also to print preview, and occurs regardless of how the
printing is initiated i.e. whether it's a form printed or previewed from the
menu, or a report opened using DoCmd.OpenReport, same result: nothing!

Page Setup from the menu also doesn't work: no errors, but no dialog box
either!
It's an ADP, installed with the Access 2003 runtime on Windows XP SP2
workstations. I have tested the runtime install myself on a clean computer
(i.e. with no Access version previously installed) and the printing is fine,
i.e. the problem only occurs at the customer's site, it is not a "general"
problem with the runtime.
Other applications on the same computers can print just fine e.g. Word, Excel.
Anyone seen anything like this before?
