teach me what to do plz

i use to download songs or programs by putting right click then save target

as but now i dont know why cant i click save target as i tried many web's but
the prablem is from my comp

The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for whatever program you are
