Jeff,
Just right click on it goto properties and change the caption.
You will need to do that in the subform. That chart is not in a report,
but is a form with two subforms.

I can do that method, but that only changes/adds the title to the window
heading. THere's an actual text box within the chart view that i cant seem
to edit.
