start Up menu.

i have almost finished my database and i set ny start up properties so
that all the tool bars would be hidden. But now i cant get back in to

the menu to re adjust the sartup properties. How do i get my toolbars

Either...
Press F11 while the database is already open
or...
Hold down the shift key when you open the database
