create a circle around a number for a Word Doc?

I am trying to place numbers throughout my document at areas that I will
provide special explanations for in another procedures document. I would

like my numbers to either be in a circle or on a dot or button. Any ideas?

my first guess would be to use the various circle numbers in the Dingbat /
Wingding fonts... but i think you want these numbers to be linked to other

Either way, i hope you have also posted this in the MS Word newsgroup. Here
in the MS Access group, you probably won't find the answer.
