Have you tried the menu
File/Get External Data/Link Tables
to see if that does what you want?

Yes, it did. It added a view to my sql database and has it listed under Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/showthread.php?t=11880
Queries in ADP. The data is updatable. I will see how it behaves when I code Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/showthread.php?t=11880
against it.
