I would reccomend using SQL Server instead of MDB.
a) it doesnt just randomly get corrupted
b) it is easy to script RI so that you can enforce it on a scheduled
basis
SQL just has much easier version control than MDB.
these days; you can put DDL triggers to table; so that if anyone
changes ANYTHING in a table you can rollback changes; etc
