no connection to Hotmail server

OUtlook kan not connect with Hotmail server.... i am getting the fpllowing
message((a connection with the server couldnt established)).

Notice: iam using the biult in server adress for hotmail when filling
information ...., also i can log on to my E-mail normaly with out using MS

Outlook. THe same password is being used !!

Unless your hotmail address is a couple of years old and you were
grandfathered in, Hotmail does NOT allow for outlook to access it
