Hi all,

On a form I have a field called special.
I also have a table "tblspecials" which has a field called OK with default

value 0.

When field special is changed\updated, I want OK to change to 1.

TIA,

Tom

Re: Change value

Is the Ok field also available to the form? If so, use the AfterUpdate event
of the textbox for Special and set Ok to 1.

Example:
Me.txtOk = 1

Re: Change value

Thank Wayne for the reply.
I was not clear at first, and maybe it`s not possible.

Here is the case:
tblspecials: vendor, product, quantity, OK
Form1: Vendor, product, special
On the form when the user choose vendor and product the special field
populate with Sum from a query(specialsum) that match the combination of
Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/showthread.php?t=11737
vendor and product with a DLookup function.
After special populated, I need all the records that this sum was built from
Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/showthread.php?t=11737
to change value to 1 in the OK field.

TIA,
Tom
