Why does my Word program keep coming up and saying runtime error?

When I am using Word a box pops up and says Runtime error and I can go no
further, it deletes what I have written. I may type a few sentences or a

couple of paragraphs. Why does this mkeep happening?

Probably something wrong with the installation of Word.

You'll do a lot better to ask in a newsgroup supporting Word. This

group is for a different program, the database application Microsoft
Access. Please scroll down the list of newsgroups and repost

information that the volunteers may need but cannot see).

Maybe you used a corrupted installer.
