The percent field in my Access 2000 changes all decimals to 0%

In my database, I have a field for % complete. It is defined in a table as a
Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/information-technology/11584-percent-field-my-access-2000-changes.html
%, but it will not convert a decimal to the correct percent. 1 changes to
100%, 10 to 1000%, but .10, .20, .25 etc changes to 0%

What is the Field Size of the field in the table. If it is an Integer or
Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/showthread.php?t=11584
Long, it is probably being converted to zero since those data types can't
have a decimal.
