Hi Chris - to convert UP all you normally need to do is make a copy of the
DB, then open it with the newer version of Access. Generally you get a
message saying it is an earlier version, etc, etc and do you want to save it
in the new version of Access. It also warns you that if you do so, you can't
open it with the older version. However, there is also a Convert option on
the Tools Menu. Also, depending on which version you are converting to which
version you may need to work your way up, Microsoft has an annoying habit of
not always allowing conversion of any previous version to the latest. Hope
