RE: convert

Hi Chis - if what you mean is to 'convert' a table/form, etc, select the
Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/showthread.php?t=11230
item, then go to File/Export or right click and go to the Export option.
Change the Save As option to what you want to convert to. You'll find that

depending on what you select the Save As option will alter. Hope this was
what you meant.

Hi Chris - to convert UP all you normally need to do is make a copy of the
DB, then open it with the newer version of Access. Generally you get a
message saying it is an earlier version, etc, etc and do you want to save it
in the new version of Access. It also warns you that if you do so, you can't
open it with the older version. However, there is also a Convert option on
the Tools Menu. Also, depending on which version you are converting to which
version you may need to work your way up, Microsoft has an annoying habit of
not always allowing conversion of any previous version to the latest. Hope
this helps. Dika
