Fast append query question

Hello,

Does anyone know how to create one or more queries (the fastest way that's
possible) that adds from one table to another table the records but if the
Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/information-technology/11118-fast-append-query-question.html
current record already exist it must deny and goto next record.

I cannot find that message, I guess I cannot download it any longer since
it's long time ago.

I have searched in this group at 'Append query question' but couldn't find
anything.
