How do I fix problems with a command button?

Two databases created (states and classes) . One form created with a command
button. The command button pulls the classes for that state.Out of 30 states,
5 of them when using the command button pull either no record or the wrong

state information. All of the other state records are correct.

Details needed. That you have a states database and a classes database
tells us next to nothing. That the command button "pulls the classes" is

similarly unilluminating. Your command button code would be one useful
piece of information; the purpose and structure of your databases would be
another; for a third, you should describe why you are using two databases.
