Just a General Question

Is this the best way to explain this? There was a database that someone at
work created and there were no safeguards on certain fields and the DB was

producing duplicate records.

Safe guarded many fields that, in the past, caused duplicate entries of
dates and records, jeopardizing the integrity of the data.

I don't think I understand your question. Do you want to make changes
to a database to prevent duplicate records?
