I have been charged by my boss to research the Access Edit locks (no lock,
Edited Lock, All Records) and to discover which the best to use in our
environment is. So far I have found them to do nothing, generating the same
messages and error under the same Circumstances.
Admittedly I haven't tried everything yet, and I plan to do more testing,

but I have discovered that this property stays relative no to the database
but to the computer/access that it is running on. I was thinking to myself
that there might be a piece of code that could be used to adjust this, or
else it would be quite the task to set every computer to have the same access
