Redirecting VB references in code

Hi, I got an ActiveX contol and a reference to its .dll library.
What's the right way to redirect that reference in code when the .dll
Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/information-technology/10472-redirecting-vb-references-in-code.html
library moves to another directory?

I have not tried it myself, so I'm not prepared to answer any "how-to"
