This stopping of Maharaja Ranjit Singh serial is a great disservice by Giani Gurbachan Singh . this serial was portraying true history of that period wherein Muslims were not shown in bad light but only Afghan invaders like Abdali & Iranian Nadir Shah . This was the greatest serial ever produced on Sikh history it would have been very helpful to portray Sikhs in positive light in India but seems RSS backed Badal torpedoed it .
