The Sikh community in US is celebrating this auspicious occasion on Saturday (November 24) in their respective congregations all over the world. Emphasizing the concept of religious freedom, President Bush said, ''Our Nation benefits from a strong tradition of faith, and religious diversity which is an important part of our heritage. The teachings of Guru Nanak provide strength and support to thousands of Sikhs in America and millions more around the world.
