trigger to start the week long deprivation of beer began when I started to hear about the dangers of aspartame, the artificial sweetener in most of our drinks.There without calories is absolutely no proof that soda helps you lose weight. The argument for reducing total calories is nonsense, and zero studies have shown a positive correlation between sodium intake and weight loss. |
