May I coin a word...We are to be gentleSikhs. Analogous to gentleman or gentlewoman which in their original meanings were men and women of the nobility. Certainly all Khalsa are the true nobility. We are almost always gentle and kind, but we can really kick, uh, er, um, you know, when the situation calls for it! Khalsa ji Jago | One of the reasons why I joined SPN was to get away from "gandagi!, obsecenity.
These boards have replaced the awesome Welcome to website about history of the sikhs (which unfortunately went down due to castists).
You are correct, that there are many boards out there that spout nonsense and extremist views. Although we tolerate all views, we do not tolerate abuse.
