Many Christians Believe That Jesus Is God. What Does Sikhism Say About It?

I don't really have an answer to your question, maybe someone with more understanding of Guru Granth Saheb can answer your question. But

what is wrong with worshiping that force, power, energy or God that has existed before time as we know it began and will continue to exist after this universe is all gone.
According to Christianity Jesus is also God, Son of God, He sits at the right hand side to the throne of God. God has enlightened many and will continue to enlighten many more. Its only in christianity that God just has to be jesus. The creator talked about in Guru Granth Saheb is not only the creator of us but supports many other fields of creation in Universe.

People have the right to call their prophet whatever they feel so, Sikhism says this, in contexts of all learned and enlightened ones, that
ਆਖਹਿ ਈਸਰ ਆਖਹਿ ਸਿਧ ॥ ਆਖਹਿ ਕੇਤੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਬੁਧ ॥ ਆਖਹਿ ਦਾਨਵ ਆਖਹਿ ਦੇਵ ॥ ਆਖਹਿ ਸੁਰਿ ਨਰ ਮੁਨਿ ਜਨ ਸੇਵ ॥
Ākẖahi īsar ākẖahi siḏẖ. Ākẖahi keṯe kīṯe buḏẖ. Ākẖahi ḏānav ākẖahi ḏev. Ākẖahi sur nar mun jan sev.
The Shiva speak of Thee and the miracle-mongers speak of Thee as well. All the Buddhas, created by Thee, proclaim Thee. The demons proclaim Thee and the gods proclaim Thee. The demi-gods the men, the silent persons and the servants speak of Thee.
ਕੇਤੇ ਆਖਹਿ ਆਖਣਿ ਪਾਹਿ ॥ ਕੇਤੇ ਕਹਿ ਕਹਿ ਉਠਿ ਉਠਿ ਜਾਹਿ ॥ ਏਤੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਰਿ ਕਰੇਹਿ ॥ ਤਾ ਆਖਿ ਨ ਸਕਹਿ ਕੇਈ ਕੇਇ ॥
Keṯe ākẖahi ākẖaṇ pāhi. Keṯe kahi kahi uṯẖ uṯẖ jāhi. Ėṯe kīṯe hor karehi. Ŧā ākẖ na sakahi ke▫ī ke▫e.
Good many describe Thee and attempt to describe Thee. Many have repeatedly described Thee and arising and getting ready have departed. Were Thou to create as many more as already created, even then they can not describe a few virtues of Thine.
