Right now I'm looking for ways to implement this cleaning service by setting up an agency (middleman).
Of course, some of the contracts might spill away via the workers but a middleman attracts more work thru his/her ads. The problem, as always. is workforce. Workers don't stay long due to better pay elsewhere. So a middleman is the best way. No hassle with workers.

Cleaning job is the biggest demanded job because inflation forces every house member to fend for him/herself having little time for the cleaning.

Please do remember to do research on the kinds of liability insurance you may need as a middleman in Malaysia. To protect yourself from frivolous lawsuits and serious ones coming from the client and/or from the worker.
