ok, have binned the anti depressant, just makes me tired and dozy, but still no sign of howling, work is busy, just need to build on this with discipline and mental strength, need to get up a rung, break the cycle,

need to buy a car, on my budget its either a land rover with lots of problems, or a small nissan that won't let me down, ok brain, hows that mental strength coming on,.........

day 2-the howling has stopped

It has not been lost on me that the anti depressant is having a placebo like effect, but either way, I seem to have lost my lust, the impotency is back, tommorow we will start taking the dogs for early morning walks, I have said it before, and I will say it again, the huge amount of energy that goes into howling, if even 20% could be harnessed into Gurmatt living, my life would be very different.

I have made a deal with Sian, I will stay on this path till we have a few things sorted...

ah yes, the welcome side effects of the anti depressant, no appetite other than for simple food, alcohol tastes awful, lots of tea, sex drive gone and I cannot understand for the life of me why anyone would waste money on a Land Rover.

still, the howlings stopped...

9 days of howling

Today is the ninth day of howling, I am tired and I am miserable, I have made the dogs miserable, my wife miserable, and was too tired even to see my father today, at times like this, discipline, strength all count for nothing, the chemicals in my brain, which I am producing by the bucket load, through my howling, are rotting it. Fear, anger, envy, rage, frustration, and today, complete lethargy. I am sullen and quiet, if I were a teenager

, this would count as an incredible sulk....

its a long day, long week

I'm tired, again, yesterday was a 17 hour day, but I made a huge dent in 'the problem', the good news is I managed to get rid of the Nissan, I opened the bonnet for the first time yesterday and found all the hoses had been taped up, with packing tape, leaks everywhere, the tyres were all verging on illegal, and the indicators did not work. I scrapped it, for £40 less than I paid for it, I timed it right though, Sian is on holiday for a week, so I have stolen her car, I will need to get something...
