Regarding Panj Pyare Choosen for Amrit Sanchar

A question was raised during discussion today regarding Whether the spiritual status of the Panj Pyares affect the Amrit during Sanchar.
It is understandable the Gursikhs chosen or voluntaring for this purpose may have different level of spiritual growth. But this factor is not seen to affect the result.
The spontaneous answer that came was that the Amrit Sanchar is a Jyote Guru direction . When ever five Khalsa Sikhs prepare Amrit reciting Banis and adminster it with that intention the Guru Hukam comes into play. The Individuality of the Gursikhs have no place in this process . The effect of the Amrit is always the same .
