Tata Motors on Saturday said its first ‘Indica’ model cars will reach Britain later this month, providing a major thrust in the drive by India’s leading automaker to boost exports, and announced plans for expanding its operations in Malaysia which will be a launching pad for its penetration of the ASEAN market, reports PTI.

Swedish companies eye Gujarat's defence SEZ to set up units

Close to 45 companies from Europe have expressed interest in setting up units at the special economic zone (SEZ) for defence supply industries to be set up by the Gujarat government.

A delegation from Gujarat is expected to visit Sweden's capital Stockholm next month to discuss the project along with other business possibilities like technology transfer for Gujarat companies.

BRIC countries [ Brazil, Russia, India and China ]are likely to overshadow the growth of the developed countries. The economy of developed countries shall grow at rate that shall hover around 1 to 1.50% percent upto 2050. The present trend has confirmed this.
