You know, there are many things that we wish had happened differently, whether it was pain caused to a loved one. or a direction in life that changed. But we have to remind ourselves that we're not here alone, not by any chance. A careless God? No. A God that teaches through experience & pain? Yes.

gosh, i thought i would have more to say on this topic, but not really, as it stands, time passes, new things come... you must be ready for it, or you will get stuck in the imobile...

Alfie could not wait,

Last night, Sian was undaunted, she wanted to spend the night on the floor with Alfie, so we put a mattress on the floor, duvet, pillows, and they cuddled up and went to sleep. This morning, she was of the opinion that he was suffering and it was time for him to go,. the vet was due round at 12.30, but I got a call at 11, Alfie was peacefully lying in the garden, on the grass, dead.

I rushed home, Alfie had been brought into the kitchen and was lying in state, wrapped in a blanket,...

Welcome to the month of Hell

OK, today is Monday, and so begins possibly one of the worst 30 days in a long time, I am taking some time out this morning to plan it, be prepared for it, and ensure I align myself as closely to Hukam as possible.

Firstly, money is going to be very tight , really tight
Secondly, today, in about 3 hours, we are going to put Alfie down, as well as adding to expenses, I am going to have to be supportive to wife, as this is the last link to her mother we have,
