I think if a religion, belief, social organization or other group seems exclusionary and/or different from one's own experience, some are drawn to it for that reason. I have no interest in becoming sikh, only in learning and in a brief period of scanning different folders here in this wonderful SPN site, I know much more than I did. If sikh chooses to have a closed-door policy, I see nothing wrong. Just because an individual wants to join a group, does not mean they automatically have the right.
