Hair is a factor that contributes to spirituality and Sikhs are advised to keep it. And to answer your second question aad ji look at it this way if God is limiting the spirituality of the ones that are bald then he also is limiting or completely cutting off the people from achieving oneness with him for the ones that are born mentally and/or physically challenged. What God chooses to do is always true and if you are born with a full head of hair accept it if not accept that as well. The quicker you realize the truth in you the faster you will realize God in you. The human body is a well oiled machine made with all the components needed to attain God. Each component does its own part in attaining God. Connect all components as one and the Truth will be revealed.
