Anglo-Saxons suck, you would have thought that they would know who Sikhs are by now. Instead of running around Gurdwaras trying to recruit for the police or the army they should have a campaign to raise awareness of Sikhs/Sikhism. Especially the help during the world wars, especially since most of Europe was up Hitler's ***.
I think they'd rather we melted into them and disapeared.
I remember after Sept 11, I was getting all sorts of abuse on the tube, and people having heart attacks when I walked on tube with a rucksack after 7/7 and I'm a mona. |
