There is nothing special you have to do here.

The appcation is just mdb file, and you an copy that file to the server.

However, if you are going beyond just backing up the file, and plan to have

MORE then one user in the application, then yours is different question.

If you plan to have more then one user at the same time, then you are
talking about deploying an application, ,and not just a nightly backup...

If you are talking about deployment, and multi-user, then you need to split
