Hi Mary,
I assume you are talking about reading e-mail messages that your daughter

sends to you, while you are away from home. Many ISP's (Internet Service
Providers) offer web-based access to one's e-mail account. You should visit
your ISP's web site, or contact them for specific instructions. Based on the
IP address, it appears as if you used Adelphia Communications to post your
message. A quick check of their web site,
http://www.adelphia.net/index.php,
indicates that one can access e-mail via the web. If this is your ISP, then
give it a try. You will need to know your username and password.
For future reference, this newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access
database product. The Microsoft website is not all that clear and may have
misdirected you. It is not the appropriate group for posting general computer
"access" questions.
Good Luck,
Tom Wickerath
