| re: The Entire Raag Mala: The Last 2 Parts Missing? Radiocarbon dating will not prove the writer, but it will prove the age of the manuscript within about 65 years.
Can someone post in Gurmukhi letters and with English translations these two missing parts of Raag Maala?
I want to examine their context.
Foolishness is in that link which tries to prove Raag Maalah as Gurbani. The excuse is that the person who contested it grew very ill, so he prayed forgiveness and promised never to argue against Raag Maalah. Then he was cured. I don't think his illness had anything to do with his doubt of Raag Maalah. I believe his illness was due to being in the company of people who promoted kachi baani. He caught the flew that they probably carried. You can be a carrier of bacteria that doesn't affect you, but can affect others. Each one has their own level of immune systems. If he did not catch his illness from them, then maybe it was just in the air on in something he ate. We Sikhs do not believe in magic. All is the natural laws of the universe. When we lack Guru Ji's wisdom, we become blind in our own ego and ignorance, and we become prey to deceivers of truthfulness, being brainwashed or fooled like buyers in a corrupt merchant's store. |
